Our platforms serve as operational copilots and cognitive accelerators, designed to assist human professionals, not replace them.
3. Mandatory Human-in-the-Loop (HITL)
Customers and end-users assume full responsibility for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of any AI-generated output before relying on it for business-critical decision-making. We strictly mandate a Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) review process before deploying AI outputs in high-stakes environments, client-facing communications, or automated operational workflows.
4. General "As-Is" Disclaimer
THE SERVICES, PLATFORMS, AND GENERATED OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW (INCLUDING THE INDIAN CONTRACT ACT, 1872), AASHRAY AI LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of our AI systems complies with industry-specific regulations, including but not limited to financial compliance (SEBI, RBI, SEC), healthcare data privacy, and overarching corporate governance rules in their respective jurisdictions.
